Add us to your email address book

Certain spam filters or firewalls may prevent our messages from reaching your inbox.  If you use a filter, please take a moment to add Lance@Criticalillnesspolicies.com to your email address book or safe list to prevent blocking. Below are  instructions to add us to your address book for a few popular email providers. This is necessary so that it does not go into junk bulk or spam files.  If your email provider is not listed below or if you need further assistance in adding website@afternic.com to your safe list or address book, please feel free to contact our friendly support staff at Support@CriticalIllnessPolicies.com or for any other types such as cox comcast Microsoft Office or other.

For AOL email accounts

1. Click the “Address Book” button to open the address book.
2. Click the “Add Contact” button.
3. Type in Lance@afternic.com in the “Screen Name” field and click “Save“.

For Earthlink email accounts

1. Click the “Address Book” button to open the address book.
2. Click the “Add Contact” button. (Some versions may use the term, “Add“)
3. Type in Lance@Criticalillnesspolicies.com in the “email address” field and click “OK“.

For MSN/Hotmail email accounts

1. Visit the “Options” page in your MSN Hotmail browser.
2. Click on “Safe and blocked senders” located under the “Junk e-mail” section.
3. Click on “Safe senders“.
4. Type in Lance@Criticalillnesspolicies.com in the “Sender or domain to mark as safe:” field and click “Add to list“.

For Yahoo! email accounts

1. Click the “Addresses” button to open your address book.
2. Click the “Add a New Contact” button.
3. Type in Lance@Criticalillnesspolicies.com in the “Email” field and click “Save Contact“.
